Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

Fabric mismatch (pattern/color drastically different from what was shown)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Cut fabrics (as per custom measurements)
Clearance/sale items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Slight color variation due to screen resolution or lighting (as this is common with fabric products)
Return Process

Share clear images or an unboxing video of the received product for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange pickup (wherever serviceable) or ask you to ship it back to our address.
Refund Process
